One recorded class of about 60 minutes. Set your own limits, size three example trades (a stock, a call debit spread and one Micro E-mini) and leave with a pre-trade checklist and a starter journal.
The math is simple and unforgiving: a 25% drawdown needs a 33% gain to get back to even; a 50% drawdown needs 100%. Written limits are how you stay in the game long enough for your setups to matter.
| Loss of 10% | needs +11.1% |
| Loss of 25% | needs +33.3% |
| Loss of 50% | needs +100% |
Arithmetic: gain needed = loss ÷ (1 − loss).
The class is the same structure every time: one rule, then one worked example.
| 0:00-5:00 | Why rules first Drawdown recovery math: a 50% loss needs a 100% gain to get back. The goal of the class is written limits before your next trade. |
| 5:00-15:00 | Max risk per trade Choose your own fixed percentage (there is no “right” number). Dollar risk = account size x percentage. Fill in your “My Limits” tab. |
| 15:00-22:00 | Max daily loss Set a daily stop, and decide in advance what you do when it is hit: stop, journal, walk away. |
| 22:00-35:00 | Logical stops from the chart Place stops at chart structure (a swing low or high, a breakout level), not at a dollar amount. “If price is here, my idea is wrong.” |
| 35:00-42:00 | Sizing trade 1: a stock From entry and stop to share count with the calculator. Position value versus risk. |
| 42:00-49:00 | Sizing trade 2: a call debit spread Max loss = debit x 100 + fees. Size spreads by max loss. |
| 49:00-55:00 | Sizing trade 3: one Micro E-mini Tick size and tick value, stop in ticks, margin is not risk. “0 contracts” means skip the trade. |
| 55:00-60:00 | Journal and next step Log each trade in the starter journal (auto R-multiple) and glance at your stats weekly. |

No. It is about sizing, stops and limits. Use it with whatever setups you already trade.
The journal and calculator are .xlsx files that also open in Google Sheets.
No one can promise that. It helps you define and follow your own risk rules; trading still involves substantial risk of loss.
